How To Find A Job Top Success Tips

I recently heard someone say, “Why is Tom (not his real name) still looking for a job, all he needs to do is figure out what job he wants and then just go get it!”

Well, you and I both know there’s a little more to it than that.

Here’s a little different job search advice for anyone who needs to get focused and find a job faster…

2. If you’re feeling a little down in the dumps and your confidence in your ability to find a job is hurting, here are a few tips to help you build your confidence back up.

• Write down all the things you are good at.
• Write down all your accomplishments.
• Write down all the things that others say you are good at.
• If you need to, write down all past mistakes, resolve to completely forgive yourself because you’re just a human and flawed like all the rest of us. Then destroy the list, forgive your past, and smile because now you are starting a new and better life.
• Read all you’re good lists of accomplishments and the things you are good at every day (multiple times if you can).

3. If you don’t know where to go for help, start brainstorming and write out a list. Make a list of every person, organization, and resource you can think of that can help you find a job. Start contacting them all and get help!

4. Finally, simply ask yourself, “What else do I need to do to find a job fast?”

Write down as many things as you can think of, and start doing them. Make a new To-DO list every day and cross off as many things as you can accomplish each day!

These simple job search suggestions should get you moving in the right direction so you can find a job fast!

To your job search success!
